When assessing the level of scientific publications, the journal is guided by the principles of DORA, in particular, it does not use the journal's impact factor as the sole criterion for assessing the quality of an article, evaluates articles based on their scientific quality, not the prestige of the publication, does not promote the practice of improper manipulation of citation indicators, and encourages authors to disclose a wide range of scientific achievements. The journal encourages authors to deposit research data in open depositories.
